Finale Fridays & Frederick Market  |  June - September

Look forward to the last Friday of the month, June - September 2021. Finale Fridays highlight local produce, food and crafts as well as live music throughout the season. Plus - we've added three bonus dates for Frederick Markets!

DIY Day & Fishing Clinic  |  Saturday, May 15

Our 6th annual DIY Day will feature four hours of non-stop do-it-yourself action! The event will include a plethora of informal do-it-yourselfers showing off skills and tricks at individual booths and awesome free crafts.  Plus - explore the Frederick Recreation Area, learn about fishing and get to know the Frederick Police Department during the Frederick Fishing Clinic!

Community Tour & Talk  |  Summer 2020

Meet your neighbors, the Board of Trustees, and town staff at a Community Tour & Talk this summer. Throughout the summer, we'll be stopping by a different Frederick neighborhood with food and a kids activity to welcome you and your neighbors. We'd love to answer your questions about the town and share a plate of food.

Frederick In Flight  |  June 25, 26 & 27

Join the Town of Frederick as we celebrate the many forms of flight in June with a hot air balloon lift, Glow Party, and tons of fun for the whole family! The balloons lift at daybreak which is around 6 am!

Chainsaws & Chuckwagons  |  July 14, 15, 16 & 17

Our annual chainsaw carving competition is a family-friendly activity and open to the public. For four days, carvers create masterpiece carvings for the public to vote for competition winners. These carvings become pieces of art placed throughout Frederick so come and be a part of their creation!

Miners Day  |  Saturday, September 18

Miners Day is Frederick's annual event that originated as a memorial celebration to honor and remember the mining heritage that created Frederick. While the event will look different this year, Frederick's mining heritage will come alive with virtual stories, a Miners Market, food trucks and burro race.

Tiny Terror Town  |  Saturday, October 23

This is our 4th annual Halloween event for the Town of Frederick. Discover the tiniest frights you'll find on the Front Range including the world's tiniest haunted house! This family-friendly event will be a safe place for kids and families to trick-or-treat at tiny abodes in Crist park with our businesses in downtown Frederick.

Festival of Lights  |  Saturday, December 4

Kick of the holiday season by helping us count down to the tree lighting in Crist Park! In addition to the lighting of the trees, this event will be full of festive cheer including free horse-drawn carriage rides, a live ice sculpture demonstration resulting in an interactive ice sculpture, selfies with Santa, festive holiday performances by our local school choirs and carolers.
