About the Project
The Town of Frederick will be installing a trail along Bella Rosa Parkway between Colorado Boulevard and Sandpiper Drive, in the north right-of-way. This project is intended to be completed as a part of a larger Town project to expand and improve the intersection of Colorado Boulevard and Bella Rosa Parkway.
In 2025, staff completed designs for the trail. In 2026, the project will move to construction alongside the Bella Rosa and Colorado Boulevard intersection improvements, which has a timeline TBD pending remaining design, bidding and right-of-way acquisition.
