About the Project
The Town of Frederick completed additional minor renovations to the Bella Rosa Clubhouse in 2025. This included office improvements to allow staff additional working space while renovations begin on the maintenance facility in coming years; new carpet and merchandise cabinets in the Pro Shop; replacement kitchen appliances to meet applicable codes and “grab-and-go” usage; additional storage cabinets in other areas of the Clubhouse.
