Bella Rosa Parkway Corridor Planning

About the Project

The Town Engineering Department will be undertaking a corridor planning effort for Bella Rosa Parkway between Colorado Boulevard and Aggregate Boulevard. This will focus on developing a conceptual ultimate design layout that supports long-term mobility, safety, and community goals while remaining sensitive to existing conditions. Planning will evaluate current roadway and intersection operations to identify deficiencies and opportunities for improvement, including the need for auxiliary lanes to enhance traffic flow, access management, and turning movements. Improved crossing facilities for pedestrians and cyclists are incorporated to increase safety, accessibility, and connectivity across the corridor. Together, these elements inform a coordinated vision for phased improvements that balance operational efficiency with multimodal accommodation and future growth.
