2025 Santa Cops 

About the Program

The Carbon Valley Santa Cops program is an annual event where the Frederick and Firestone Police Departments provide gifts, warm winter clothing, and necessities to underrepresented children in the Carbon Valley area during the holiday season. Each fall, this nonprofit program is made possible by generous businesses and individuals who donate gifts and money to benefit children and families. By early December, with all the shopping complete, volunteers and local officers come together for a day of wrapping before gifts are delivered to the children.

2025 Santa Cop Referrals Are In 

Thank you to everyone who submitted a referral—forms are now closed, and we’re busy shopping, wrapping, and getting ready to spread holiday joy to families throughout the Carbon Valley!

Still want to help? We’re still accepting donations of new, unwrapped toys and warm clothing, as well as monetary contributions. Every bit helps make the season brighter for local children in need.

How Can You Help?

  • Give a Gift: Purchase an unwrapped child’s toy/clothing for ages birth to 16 years and return it to the Frederick Police Department at 333 5th St., Frederick, CO 80530. We are open Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
  • Host a Drive: Host a drive at your business or organization to collect toys, hats, and gloves, school supplies, and more.
  • Donate: You can make a contribution by cash or check at the Frederick Police Department at 333 5th St., Frederick, CO 80530. We are open Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. You can also mail a check to the Frederick Police Department, POB 639, Frederick, CO 80530.   

The Santa Cops program is a nonprofit initiative with limited funding, intended only for those who are truly in need.
