    Due to health and public safety precautions related to COVID-19, Electronic Bids will be received online by the Town of Frederick, Colorado. All Bids that have been duly received will be reviewed for completeness. The bidders list and submitted bid schedules will be emailed to all bidders and posted to the Town’s website: http://www.frederickco.gov/Bids.aspx. All Bids must be in accordance with the Contract Documents on file with the Town of Frederick. Copies of the Contract Documents, complete with Drawings and Specifications, may be obtained from Town’s website: http://www.frederickco.gov/Bids.aspx. Prospective Bidders are invited to present their questions relative to their bid to the Town Planning Department. All Pre-Bid questions should be directed to Ali van Deutekom in the Planning Department at avandeutelom@frederickco.gov or (720) 382-5652. All questions will be answered and posted as addendums to the project. The Town of Frederick reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept that bid or combination of bids, if any, which in its sole and absolute judgment will under all circumstances best serve the Town's interest. No Bid will be accepted from any firm, person, or corporation, who is a defaulter as to surety or otherwise, or is deemed incompetent, irresponsible, or unreliable by the Town.
