    If your organization is interested in sponsoring any of the Town of Frederick’s events, please fill out this form entirely and you will be contacted for payment. Thank you for supporting the Town of Frederick community events - we couldn’t do it without you!

  2. Please note - the organization you are submitting the application for is the only organization you can advertise through this sponsorship. Booths are limited to one business or organization. Event coordinators reserve the right to make a final decision. 

  3. This sponsorship is only for businesses that are coming to the event to sell hot air balloon themed souvenirs or balloon and flight-related items. If you think you might be a fit for the event, please finish the Sponsor Form and our team will connect with you.

  4. Do you need an invoice for the sponsorship? *
  5. In-Kind Sponsorships
    We will accept in-kind sponsorships if they are a necessary component of the event, i.e. donating necessary event supplies. However, the Town of Frederick reserves the right to estimate a value of your in-kind sponsorship. We will not be accepting in-kind sponsorship in the form of gift certificates, gift baskets, etc. We will also work with organizations that have volunteers to support the event.

  7. Sponsor Terms and Expectations

    Thank you for supporting Town of Frederick events! Your sponsorship helps us create high-quality, family-friendly experiences that bring our community together. To ensure a clear understanding of expectations, please review the following terms:

    1. Sponsorship Commitments
      • Completion of this form confirms your intent to sponsor the selected event(s). Sponsorship benefits are secured once payment and all required materials (e.g., logo files, banners, promotional items) are received by the stated deadlines.
      • Sponsorships are non-transferable and non-refundable once event marketing materials have been produced or event planning commitments made.
    2. Marketing & Promotion
      • Sponsors will receive recognition as outlined in each event’s sponsorship package. The Town of Frederick reserves the right to determine placement, size, and format of sponsor recognition to maintain visual consistency and accessibility across all communications.
      • Sponsor-provided logos must meet Town brand and accessibility standards (high-resolution PNG or vector preferred, no background transparency issues).
    3. Event Participation
      • Booth space, banner display, or other on-site opportunities must be coordinated through Town staff. Setup and teardown must follow the event’s published schedule.
      • The Town reserves the right to deny or remove displays or activities that conflict with Town policies, event safety standards, or community values.
    4. Use of Town Branding
      • Sponsors may not use the Town of Frederick logo, event names, or “Built on What Matters” tagline in independent marketing without prior written approval.
    5. Cancellations & Weather
      • Events may be modified, postponed, or canceled due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, Town staff will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative recognition opportunities, but refunds are not guaranteed.
    6. Equal Treatment & Transparency
      • Sponsorship of any Town of Frederick event does not imply, grant, or result in preferential treatment in any Town process, program, or decision, including but not limited to permitting, licensing, procurement, or contracts.
      • The Town of Frederick is committed to maintaining fairness, transparency, and integrity in all business relationships.
    7. Good-Faith Partnership
      • The Town of Frederick and our sponsors share a commitment to fostering a welcoming, family-friendly environment that reflects our community’s values of Family, Respect, Empowerment, and Dedication (FRED).
