4. About

   Throughout the entire month of February, spend $10.00 or more 4+ times and upload receipts as proof of purchase, and be entered to win a $250 gift card to your favorite downtown business! Two additional winners will be drawn for $50 gift cards to the downtown business of their choice.
   
   

5. Rules
   • You cannot split your purchase into separate payments and count them as separate purchases. (Ex., no splitting checks at a restaurant to make different transactions of $10+).
   • You can submit receipts separately, but use the same email address when submitting, so staff can track when you've submitted at least 4.
   • Valid only for purchases at businesses in downtown Frederick, Colorado.
   • You earn an extra submission for each purchase receipt after 4.
   • Winners will be drawn on March 4th, 2025. Please have all February dated receipts uploaded by March 3rd at 5:00pm.
   • Winners will be contacted by EOB on March 4th.
