How often does the Town bill for utility services?: Bills are created and mailed out monthly at the end of the month. Most customers receive their bills by mail or email by the 5th of each month.

1. How can I make a utility payment?: You can make a payment online at Municipal Online Payments, over the phone, by mail, in person, use the Town's dropbox or drive-thru, or through your bank's bill pay. See all of your payment options here.

2. How often does the Town bill for utility services?: Bills are created and mailed out monthly at the end of the month. Most customers receive their bills by mail or email by the 5th of each month.

3. What are my options if I receive a water shut off notice?: Payment must be received at the Administrative Services Building (311 Fifth St.) no later than 5:00 p.m. on the first Tuesday of the month to avoid being shut off. You can make a payment in person (311 Fifth St.), over the phone (720)382-5500, or online.

5. What are the trash rates?: Please follow the web link below for the town's residential trash rates which are reflected on page 12. Residential trash rates

6. What is the stormwater charge and what is it for?: The monthly stormwater fee pays for operations of the Stormwater utility and maintenance of the existing stormwater system throughout town. Stormwater runoff occurs when precipitation from rain or snow melt is more than can soak into the ground and flows over the ground.

The Town of Frederick provides utility services to:

🔹 Evanston residents - Water and Stormwater services.

You will receive a bill from the Town for stormwater and trash services and in some cases water.
