Replacing outdated hardware and network systems that have reached the end-of-life cycle with newer technology to enhance performance, security, and operational efficiency for the Town.  If the infrastructure is not maintained, the Town looks to compromise data management, software services, data security and overall health of the IT environment.

Strategic Plan Implementation – Phase 1

About the Project

The IT Strategic Plan was completed in 2024.  Phase 1 will focus on the action and implementation of the identified areas for improvements to enhance the sustainability and security of the town’s technology infrastructure
