There are many opportunities throughout the year for food vendors at Town of Frederick events. Please mark what events and dates you are interested in on this application. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject applicants and to make the final determination of participation.

These documents will be requested of you, should you be selected for Frederick Events.
1. Completed Application
2. Copy of or proof of Weld County Application for Temporary Events
3. Copy of Retail Food Establishment License
4. Copy of Certificate of Liability Insurance, listing the Town of Frederick as additionally insured for $1 million in coverage

Menu & Set-Up
Please list and give a detailed description of food and beverage items to be sold with their accompanying price ranges. We would like to ensure variety at our event, as well as the success of each of our food vendors, by not having duplication of multiple items between said vendors. *
Keep in mind, the Town reserves the right to request removal of any menu items that differ from the application or are found to be duplicates of previously approved items. We will make said approvals based on your description below. You must contact the Weld County Department of Public Health (970-304-6415) to obtain the required permit(s). You are required to fill out the Weld County Application for Temporary Events. The application can be found at the Weld County Department of Public Health and is now available online at www.weldgov.com. Proof of this permit is due with this application.
You are required to provide your own canopy/tables/chairs as needed, ensure that the booth is attended at all times during the event, and leave your booth area clean when the event is over. You will be contacted regarding booth location prior to the event. Please describe any other details about your booth that may assist the Town in determining the placement of your booth (e.g., dimensions, layout challenges etc.):*

After submitting your application, you will be contacted with confirmation and details for each event. Please indicate your requested dates below. Cost: $75 per event.

3. Saturday, June 24 (Glow Party, Event Time: 5 - 9 pm, Est. Attendance: 5000, Request: 8 Entree, 2 Dessert)
4. Sunday, June 25 (Morning Lift Off, Event Time: 5 - 8 am, Est. Attendance: 1500, Request: 2 Breakfast)
Chainsaws & Chuckwagons | Chainsaw carving competition and chuckwagon round up.
1. Thursday, July 20 (Event Time: 4-8 pm, Est. Attendance: 800, Request: 4 Entree, 1 Dessert)
2. Friday, July 21 (Event Time: 4-8 pm, Est. Attendance: 1000, Request: 4 Entree, 1 Dessert)
3. Saturday, July 22 (Event Time 11 am - 8 pm, Est. Attendance: 1500, Request: 6 Entree, 2 Dessert)
Miners Day | Annual town memorial celebration honoring mining heritage.
