Aligned with the Town's Strategic Plan to implement new ways to increase accessibility for public engagement through traditional and non-traditional pathways, this all-in-one app aims to foster community involvement. Beyond its functional aspects, the FrederickCO App promotes inclusivity by offering engagement opportunities and a sense of belonging.

Available for free on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, the FrederickCO App brings convenience and connectivity to the palm of your hand. With a wide range of features, users can expect a seamless and comprehensive platform that caters to the community's needs.

One of the app's standout features is its ability to provide direct access to pay utility bills, eliminating the hassle of multiple websites or endless phone calls. Instead, residents can conveniently view and manage their information through the Utility Billing feature.

The Submit a Report feature empowers users to report non-emergency concerns, such as potholes and graffiti, directly to the Town. Submitters can add pictures and drop a pin on the location for clear reporting. This feature ensures a more efficient response and resolution process, enhancing the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the Town.

The Engagement section provides access to the monthly newsletter, weekly police reports, and other important updates from the Town. FrederickCO also offers streamlined information channels, keeping residents in the loop with important updates and notifications tailored to their location.

To keep residents informed about the decisions shaping the Town's future, the Your Government feature provides updates on key developments and initiatives. Furthermore, residents can easily stay connected with the Town's social media posts without logging into those channels and enjoy captivating videos on the dedicated YouTube channel, including Board Meetings.

The Events section is a hub for discovering what's happening in Frederick. Residents can explore opportunities to volunteer, sponsor, or participate as a vendor, contributing to the vibrant social fabric of the community.

To learn more about the FrederickCO App and its features, residents can visit the Town's YouTube channel and check out the instructional video.

Take advantage of the opportunity to experience the convenience of having all things Frederick in one place. Download the FrederickCO App for free today from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and embark on a new era of community engagement. Search "Town of Frederick, Colorado" in your app store and get started today!
