The Frederick Police Department has three Student Resource Officers (SRO’s) responsible for a safe environment and crime prevention in our schools. We sat down with Student Resource Officer Andy Fairbanks to learn more about his role at Frederick High School. According to SRO Fairbanks, “Building relationships with students, parents, teachers and the community makes this the most rewarding position in my twenty-year career in law enforcement.”
