Connecting Services - Residential

If you are a new residential customer who is purchasing a home:
1.  Fill out this Utility Agreement form to connect water, trash, and storm water service. 
2. Email the complete form to our Utility Billing Division.

PLEASE NOTE: As of March 16, 2020, Town Hall is temporarily closed in response to COVID-19.


 
If you are a new residential customer who is purchasing a home, visit Town Hall (401 Locust Street) to connect water, trash, and storm water service. Bring your photo ID and a signed service agreement Monday – Friday, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. to begin service. 

Rental Customers


If you are a new residential customer who is renting a home, the utility bill will automatically be sent to the landlord. If you would like to receive a copy of the monthly bill, please have your landlord contact us at 720.382.5500. There is a $2 monthly service charge to send a copy of the utility bill to individuals other than the landlord.

Connecting Services - Business

If you are a new business customer who is purchasing a home:
1.  Fill out this Utility Agreement form to connect water, trash, and storm water service. 
2. Email the complete form to our Utility Billing Division.

If you are a new business customer, you can connect water and storm water service by visiting our office at 401 Locust Street, Frederick, Colorado between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. 

A signed service agreement and a photo I.D. are required to begin service.

Transferring & Disconnecting Services


If you are transferring or disconnecting service, please contact us at 720.382.5500 or visit our office at 401 Locust Street, Frederick, Colorado between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. There is a $10 fee for transferring service from one location to another.

Final Billing Process


If you are requesting a final billing on a property, please complete the Final Utility Request Form and fax it to 720.382.5520, or email the completed form to the Utility Billing Clerk.
