Connecting Services - Residential

Home Owner Customers

If you are a new residential customer who is purchasing a home:
Fill out this Utility Agreement form to connect water, trash, and storm water service.

Rental Customers

If you are a new residential customer who is renting a home, the utility bill will automatically be sent to the landlord. If you would like to receive a copy of the monthly bill, please have your landlord contact us at 720.382.5500. There is a $2 monthly service charge to send a copy of the utility bill to individuals other than the landlord.

 Connecting Services - Business

 Business Owner

If you are a new business customer who is purchasing a home:

 Business Rental Customers 

If you are a new business customer who is renting a building, the utility bill will automatically be sent to the landlord. If you would like to receive a copy of the monthly bill, please have your landlord contact us at 720.382.5500. There is a $2 monthly service charge to send a copy of the utility bill to individuals other than the landlord.

 Transferring & Disconnecting Services

If you are transferring or disconnecting service, please contact us at 720.382.5500 or visit our office at 311 Fifth Street, Frederick, Colorado between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. There is a $10 fee for transferring service from one location to another.

 Final Billing Process (for title companies)

If you are requesting a final billing on a property, please complete the Final Utility Request Form
