While every attempt is made to keep this on-line version current, it should be used for reference only. The most recent ordinances amending the Frederick Municipal Code are listed in the table below and may also be found in the office of the Town Clerk.

» Chapters 15, 16 and 17 of the Frederick Municipal Code have been repealed and incorporated into the Frederick Land Use Code. The Land Use Code is separately maintained by the Frederick Planning Department.
