Municipal Code

The Municipal Code is organized to make the laws of the town as accessible as possible to town officials, town employees and private citizens. 

While every attempt is made to keep this on-line version current, it should be used for reference only. The most recent ordinances amending the Frederick Municipal Code may also be found in the office of the Town Clerk.
