Neighborhood Meetings

It's the goal of the Town to facilitate participation from our citizens early in the project review process. The Town requires neighborhood meetings between applicants and citizens of neighborhoods potentially affected by a project being proposed.

Neighborhood meetings are held prior to the applicant submitting a formal proposal to the Town. As such, copies of items to be presented at the neighborhood meetings may not be available from the Planning Department prior to the meeting.
