The Parks and Open Space Commission consists of seven (7) members and meets on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Hall located at 401 Locust Street. The responsibilities of the Commission include advising the Board of Trustees on all matters relating to acquisition, care, use, management, control and planning of all Town-owned parks and open space; advising the Board regarding the preparation and maintenance of a long-range parks and open space acquisition, care and maintenance plan; and making recommendations to the Board regarding parks and open space-related budget items.
