The Miners Day Celebration Commission is responsible for the year-round planning and coordination of the Town of Frederick Miners Memorial Celebration and for making recommendations to the Board of Trustees regarding procedural and budgetary matters therein. They typically meet Thursday evenings at 6 p.m., and the frequency of meetings increases as the event gets closer. The commission can ultimately include nine members (seven citizens and two Trustees). Currently, there is one vacancy.
