The Town of Frederick is offering an online bill payment option for our customers for the following services: water, trash and storm water as of August 3, 2010. The Town of Frederick has contracted with Payment Services Network (PSN) to provide this safe and secure payment option. Payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard, or personal/business checking or savings accounts.
Customers who choose to use the online bill feature just need to set up their account online. A User Name and Password will be required along with account information. Once the account signup is completed, the website (PSN) will store this information so customers will be able to access their account using their chosen user name and password.
Interested in going green? Online billing payment allows customers to receive their statement electronically and eliminate that extra piece of paper. Just check the necessary box when setting up your account or if you are a returning customer go to the online statement tab and join those who have already made a conscience choice to save a tree!
