The Mission of the Frederick Municipal Court is to provide fair, prompt and understandable resolutions to legal problems, thus resulting in satisfied participants that were afforded adequate access to justice and treated professionally, fairly, and with respect. The Court provides due process and individual justice in each case, and ensures that all actions taken in a case are consistent with established law.
